Uh-oh. This can’t be good for me.
Dallas is filling up with these “elevated casual” restaraunts, and I’m here for it. Elevated food in a more casual environment, with fair prices. D.L. Macks is one of those restaurants, and I stopped in with a friend for their happy hour.
Perfect fries, a $15 massive, crispy/cracker crust pizza, great cocktails and …
$10 MARTINIS! Yeah. $10 martinis. Good ones, too.
This is a “neighborhood restaurant,” and feels like one. Just down the street from my home, which can only mean trouble.
Can’t wait to head back to try their full menu. But, for now, give me a frozen Paloma.
